Startup website - php/MySQL backend

I am looking for a well enabled backend coder with light design skills. I have a concept website i need built. I have much of the design work done, with lots of details and notes for the features i need. I wanted to see the responses without an NDA, so I will describe what i can, without giving away the entire website. For full disclosure, i will require an NDA. Basically, my site needs to function very similar to [login to view URL] (please review the site and get a feel for it if you arent aware). i am not in any way making a dating/rating site. The concept and use for it is completely different, while the function is somewhat similar. In addition, some knowledge of google maps will incorporate as well. the site will host pics, and gather payment from the members of the site, while general users interact with their posts for free. This is a somewhat complex site (even though my purpose is to keep it simple), but as long as you have a good grasp of how something like hotornot works, you should know about 90% of what i need already. i do own the domain i need, but i will ultimately need hosting, seo, and if things progress the way i want, i will be branching the concept into an iphone app and a few other tricks i have up my sleeve. budget is tight (as they always are), but i am ready for accurate quotes/timeframes. thank you! ## Deliverables This site is built for revenue. Free profiles will be available, but i will be selling extended profiles. The profiles must include uploadable text, pictures, and printable documents. This site is meant to be "working immediately", so no login is required by the user. The Profile creators will be given a list of checkboxes that apply to them (required for search). Simplicity is a priority, especially for the user, and second to those who create profiles. if it is at all possible, i would like a way to track views, downloads, etc for each of the profiles... kind of the way an advertising campaign works or the way a 3rd party shopping cart software would for you. i need full control over all the content on the site, meaning i need approvals needed before posting profiles, payment methods/amounts, back end access to user profiles, etc. I dont want to be overly complex in this creation. it is possible for me to eliminate parts off my "wish list" if it helps with money/time to create. I have been told that most of it's function is fairly simple from a coding perspective. this project is the culmination of 3 years of planning, brainstorming, and dreaming. it is not a "whim" or blind stab at making some money online. I optimistically anticipate rapid growth and expansion, with a solid plan covering every step of the way. This site is Stage 1, and the most critical, so i am very concerned that i acquire a professional coder(s), who can deliver what he/she promise. Completion timing is not as much of a concern as is the overall quality and look. i am a firm believer that you only have one chance at a first impression, so i will would closely with you to get the design down, but i have samples prepared as a good template to work from. if this is within your scope, and you would like more information, i look forward to hearing from you!
