Users enter their number and give consent. The phone is called until timeout, or hangs up if the user picks up. Anti abuse delay for recorded IP's, Opt out list.

Additional offerings and subscriptions are promoted on a separate section. Free to use website. Incorporate mobile billing and premium sms to possible destinations for all offers and one time services. Offers include anti theft software and one time / scheduled reminder calls or SMS alert according to user input. The easiest user billing needs to be implemented, depending on country limitations.
