Convert My Social Network Site to Wordpress - repost

Hello, I've wasted nearly half a year with my current web team, on a beauty contest- social network - media syndication site, & everything is still very unorganized. I'd like to make it CLEAR that I'm very easy to deal with, fairly proficient in website development knowledge, and know what I want. With that said, please don't waste my time bidding if you're not worthy of the project. I can't afford to waste any time, neither should you. I'd like this to be finished in 3 weeks for no more than a thousand dollars. I think it's very manageable and will look great on anyone's portfolio. And attached is the beginning of home page layout that was made after 20 minutes on wordpress. The point of the attachment is clarity. However, I still look forward to all of the "pizazz" that the link has. Just with more clear functionality. (ie: real buttons, sharper images, no bugs/ lagging, etc..) I'd like the whole website built on word press; so I can easily manage. as well as add seo with no worries. I'll give you examples of some of the most difficult tasks I need finished: Design - Miss Interweb corporate logo. Not difficult, but need a great eye for design. You would keep the "Miss Interweb" font elegant, but more legible. Make The logo fit as different sizes, as needed. - Home page, profile, search results (see attached) would have to follow same templates. Especially, fonts, icons.. Just would have to adapt to a white background. - Add a few touches of images to fill the site/ help visually explain points. Functionality (Masters Only) - Create the ability to display videos/ images like in the one attached. - Host videos from site's servers as smooth as possible, granted I have fast servers - Have a tool added to play music and ability for "contestants" to post articles - Consult in making sure the site runs as quickly as possible - Mimic the voting system on site (I have more specific instructions ready) - Log into site with facebook/ twitter - share content easily via facebook/ twitter - Re-create BROWSE carousel on home page. (preferably same pink arrows) - same footer & tool bar - search engine that displays results in the display shown in results examples attached. That's all for now. Thanks.
