Create website with fresh new Wordpress design

I need a WordPress website created, with a fresh new look (an original work; not a pre-designed template!) for an auction company. There previously was a website, in Joomla, that we no longer have access to since the host provider took it down. However, I do have an html mock-up of that site so you can see what it had looked like. I want you to populate the new pages you create with the content of that html mock-up (the URL you can read in the attached ReadMe file). You see what the old site looked like; I want the site you create to be much more appealing. We will provide you with a new logo.
There's only a few plugins you need to implement, i.e., a calendar, contact form, etc. (you'll know which ones once you browse the html mock-up). You need to integrate this website with social media.
It's a very simple job for an experienced WordPress web designer.
