Existing Social Net/Community site needs template makeover

I have a Dolphin / Boonex social networking/community site up and running at [login to view URL] What I need is an interesting template or theme to improve the look and also make it LOAD faster. (probably the fault of the old/current logo which is too large?...I don't know) I have a new logo and I would prefer purchasing an existing template or theme from one of the many template sites out there like -- JoomlaShack, or ThemeShark, or Shape5, etc. Many great looking (existing) templates out there for Joomla and WordPress, etc. and I would like to select and use one of them but have it ADAPTED to be used with Dolphin's Social NETworking / Community Development site. If you look at [login to view URL] you will see another site I have and colorset that I would PREFER to have something similar to use on this site. I will attach our new logo --if GAF lets me-- and you can get some idea of the look of the desired interface.
