Good Web Designer to Change Template

I have an existing website and I have moved it to a new domain name. I need the whole website design changed, I think there are around 20 pages in total, but everything can be changed using new images and manipulating the CSS file/s. Must be very nice, clean and eye catching and must display correctly across all major browsers. All pages have some functionality, so all functions MUST work 100% after style change. The most important thing is that it looks very slick and professional, so a very experienced designer who is up to date with all the latest styles will only be considered. Bidder MUST have a portfolio of previous (provable) designs. I also require a countdown timer to be added to both homepage and member area homepage. Thank You
