HTML Email Template for Constant Contact WYSISWG format

Hello I am starting a website [login to view URL] which will be the No. 1 trading/buying and selling and shopping website in Barbados. The website is currently being developed and can be seen at [login to view URL] I need an HTML newsletter template designed and built and into my Constant Contact account (I think they use a format called What You See Is What You Get - WYSIWYG) so it has to go from HTML to WYSIWYG. If you cannot do this but can only do the HTML part, CC can do the transfer from HTML to WYSIWYG. The aim is that I will be sending out daily emails to my members with the latest listings (5 cars, 5 houses and 5 other random listings) as well as the following media and social aspects. The listings have to link back to the listing on my website. (please see attached an example of a home listing display box on the website, the listings should look like this on the Email, or something like this. The Bim newsletter (Bim Burst) will be a newsletter that not only shows people what the latest listings are but it will also provide links to news websites and the latest local and international headlines (news aggregator - see attached news section) and then all i do is insert the hyperlink. As well there will be a link to the days top surf report(s) (app from surfline to be incorporated), the latest lotterty numbers for the top 3 lottery's - so a design of the logo and winning number displays (balls in a row) will have to be completed so this remains as a template and I simply insert the numbers in the 'BALLs' under appropriate logo branded lottery on a daily basis. It should include: 5 Day Barbados Weather Forecast along the top banner News Lottery numbers Surf Reports Latest DVD Section with links to view the trailer on Youtube Latest movies at the Cinema with links to the Trailer on Youtube. Social media and email log on section, so Caribsurf, Sunbeach, Facebook, MySpace, Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, GOOGLE, (logos) Check Flight Times - [login to view URL] - It has to be accurate. IT might be worth using [login to view URL] Important Weather Updates - [login to view URL] Barbados Stock Exchange - [login to view URL] More sections can be incorporated as we develop in the future as the designs are built in sections and can simply be designed, built and imported into my account. I hope this is easy to understand as I am not very technically minded in this regard and will require some assistance achieving the final product. I want there to be complete transparency from the beginning of this project so you as the designer understand what I want my product to look like and how it should operate so there is no confusion. I need this job done but I am looking for someone I can work with on a long term basis on this current project and others. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards
