hi all,
i am designing a website for a friend and they would like to give customers the ability to click an image link to receive live help.
i think this stuff is java.
i've never done this before.
can someone send me the necessary code and explain to me on IM how to implement it?
i'd need to know how to set it up so that multiple people in the office will see the alert when a customer needs live help. and also, there should be a message that people see when live help is not available.
will pay $30 for this project.
