There must be someone who already have built this kinda webiste or any CMS that has it already built. That is why I am not having too much budget on this project. If you already have this is the easy money to earn. This will be community website. There will be multirole of users just like on drupal/joomla. It will have article posted. It will have classified section where user will be able to post classified ad. There will be event section where event can be posted. There will be page where we can list business in that local place. For example if a user opens a website in Chicago, the website should display local articles/ local classified/local events and in business section there will be posted local business of that place. The website should also be able to post the advertisement i.e. it could be in home page/ top section/ bottom section or on side/right or left section. This is low budget project and again if there is already existing CMS that has this all I would recommend to use that and design as per my requirements. So please do not bid if you are expecting more than the budget allocated. Please post with your work example of similar site. Again please do not bid if you cannot finish the project within the budget.
