make a waist payment gatewat between 2 sites

hi i need a script writer to write a payment [login to view URL] script is a payment gateway between xsolla(the game payment provioder) and my bank account site gateway.

this script is very simple .in first page([login to view URL]) we have 3 field

this details should sent to xsolla(through api)

after fill this field user select the next [login to view URL] user redirect to a new [login to view URL] this page user should enter his mobile number and capcha number.

(this mobile number should verify with pin code).user should press next .this user should sign [login to view URL] user should redirect to registration [login to view URL] page have name field and sure name field and home number field and address filed and emial field and capcha [login to view URL] user fill this field he sould wait for verify(admin should verify user).the registration is judt for once(for a certain mobile number)

after the verify he redirect to bank payment gateway when he payid the amount he should recive the email about the payment id and etc..

now the script should send the details(that entered in first page) to xsolla through xsolla api.

this script should have admin(manage part) and save the payments history and verify or block user part.

this is very simple script for you.i can pay 100$ for this script or more or less.
