Move site content between hostgator accounts

Can you help me move my files from hostgator reseller to hostgator regular baby plan? I would like to get this done immediately. Max I have allotted for this job is $20.
It is not one site, it is 4 sites with 12 other domains that contain landing pages and about 35 parked domains. The 4 sites have two really big sites and 2 small sites. The other 12 are primarily small sites mainly containing landing pages from 3mb to 25mb. Then the 35 parked domains are just that, accounts that just need to be recreated on the new hosting plan.
