Need a Joomla component for searching in websites

We want a Joomla component with the possibility to search articles from specific sections of different websites. The project is basically to create a Joomla component/module that satisfies our needs. Here is more detailed info: 1. We want the component to be compatible for Joomla 1.5. 2. We will select template for the site it should be used on, and the component may require some adjustments to suite the template design. 3. We will buy the different modules needed if we need any. 4. We will select the websites that we want it to be possible to search and find the articles from. But we don’t want to find articles from the whole site, but from specific sections on the site related to the topic we will have our site for. For example let’s imagine our site is for sports. Then we want to catch all articles under the sports sections from website 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. 5. The articles are not supposed to open in our website; our site will link to the articles in their sites, just like RSS feeds. 6. When you enter the site the main thing should be the search engine. But it should also be possible to browse through different categories from the websites we will catch our links from. 7. Let’s continue the sports example: A person enters our site and he types in ‘’Michael Jordan’’ in the search field. He should then find all the results from website 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. listed on our site. 8. If it is not very difficult we would like the user to have the option to chose which order he wants to list the results in i.e. latest, oldest, best match, same order as the search would have given if you had searched on the actual websites instead of using our site. If this is difficult we want the order to be as the last option described. 9. The search engine should give alternative ways of spelling like Google does. F.eks. if you type in ‘’Micaoel Jordan’’ in Google it says something like: ‘’Did you mean Michael Jordan’’. 10. Just like Google it should also show results that are similar to what you have typed in. 11. Either in advanced or normal search the user should be able to select whether he wants to search in only the titles or also in the articles. 12. The user should be able to select which sites he wants to show results from and the results from the different sites should be listed next to each other. On top of the results where the titles of the different websites are shown one should be able to click on the name of one of the sites and then the user will display only the results from that specific site. But one should still have the option to click on the names of the other sites to see the results from them. 14. If there is no module position on the very top of the template we choose, we want to add a position here to display advertisement modules or other modules we want to display. 15. We want the website to be compatible with more languages using joomfish or other ways. If the user for example switches the language in his browser to Chinese, the search engine should automatically update itself. There might not be any relevant articles in Chinese on the websites selected to search from when it is set to for example English. Therefore the search database must also automatically update itself. In reality that means that we must be able to specify that if for example language ‘’X’’ is selected the search engine will search in for example ‘’section a’’ from ‘’website 1’’, and ‘’section b’’ from ‘’website 2’’ etc. All of this must be specified for each language we want to have. 16. The website must be fluid compatible (most Joomla templates have this option and we will choose one who already has it). This would basically mean that the search engine component must be made in way that we can select whether the width should be fluid or specified in pixels.
