I need a wordpress theme created from PSD files

I have 3 psd files, I need a wordpress theme / site created from them. I will require theme options in a few places, a rotating slider on the homepage, customized theme area / stylesheets for wp-commerce. I also will require a subpage theme and dynamic nav, and some wp commerce plugins to be installed. I will need a skilled wp developer, I have a week to get this done starting Monday, all artwork is approved, also need a custom 404 page. You will need to be a good communicator. I have lots of other projects I need done in the near future, and I lost one of my guys a few weeks back to family emergencies and I can't work as many hours as I used to. so I am looking for someone I can keep using for ongoing work. I will also require a second version of this to be developed and will be using the SAME PSD files, but will just send over the second set more generic so I can resell it later and use different colors, it will need to be packaged as a install after the main theme is done (that I have another week for) so it is acceptable for themeforest.
