Online shop template and online shopping mall

We are looking to develop a comprehensive shopping system which gives inividual vendors their own online shop, which in turn combine make up a shopping mall. Products can be sold either via the individuals vendors online store, or via the mall. Part 1 of this project - individual vendors are given their own online shop to manage. These shops are generic with largely just colour, branding and category changes only. Part 2 of this project consists of the aggregation of these individual shop's products (preferrably in real time) into a central online aggregated shop (shopping mall). We also need the ability to easily upload files from other established online shops to add products to this site. Needs to have an efficient order processing and management system that automatically "splits" the order in the backend to the different online retailers. At the time of checkout, a customer will be fully aware that the products purchased are billed directly by each individual vendor, and that the credit card will have a separate charge for each. Part 3 of this project is to then enable the aggregated shop to be offered as an affiliate site, with a certain amount of look and feel customization depending on the affiliate's branding. Basically these affiliate sites will be exactly the same as the aggregated site, only a different colour and have a different banner at the top. Part 4 of the project is to have a CRM system that sits over all parts of this whole project and integration with SMS and emails. Individual shops will need to have access to the customers that register with them via SMS and email, while all the details are added to a 'central database' that will look to build a complete customer profile regardless of what shop/ aggregated shop they have entered. Part 5 - loyalty programme would also be desirable, although not essential at this stage depends on cost and whether it would be far easier to introduce it now rather than later. Appropriate reporting and admin functionality would need to built into this solution. More detailed specs available upon request from those who would be willing and able to take this project on.
