Oscommerce Custom Payment Module

I have an Oscommerce 2.3.4 shop, and i need a payment module. This payment module will use DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT and BANK DEPOSIT CONFIRMATION. Next you will find the details about the function of the payment module: 1. When i am ready to pay my products, i can select DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT 2. The shop has to show the BANK information (account number, account owner or account name, bank and further instructions) or BANKS information (in case i have several bank accounts to use) and i need to be able of changing this instructions and bank or banks information 3. Then the order will be in PROCESSING state 4. Next in the user's account, he can see his order, and next to the order (or in the detail page) the shop has to show a link or button to CONFIRM YOUR PAYMENT 5. I need a form linked to the order where the users enter the DEPOSIT information (number or id of the transaction, bank name, type of transaction like online or in person, date of the transaction) 6. The form has to save the information in the store's database and send an email to the store administrator and the user also (i need to be able of change the email messages) telling them that the payment confirmation was received and the stores administrator is working on it 7. Next in the store's admin, i need a list of the ORDERS PAYMENT CONFIRMATIONS, so i can check if everything is ok, and then start the shipment process
