Passbook is the new IOS 6 native application for keeping movie tickets, retail coupons, loyalty cards, etc on your iPhone/iPod device.
I need a developer who can understand the framework and buid a member website that can be used for customers to design their tickets save them in their account and distribute them via e-mail. The webservice should also have its own api so it can be used from external applications for example updating tickets etc.
Developing a site which in the end of all stages/pages creates a file with user given choices and upload and validation of pictures. And this should all be saved for editing and stored under the user account.
Different memberships with different priviliges for paying members.
Preferrably built on php/mysql but im open to suggestions.
