We need a master site made to allow a small business or individual professional to create their own branded site with the ability to communicate with their clients. the main purpose of the site is for communication (email, Instant Messaging, and video chat). The main features are as follows.
- Abilty to brand site with their name and colors either on the master site or tie into their own personal domain name
- simple 1-2-3 step page on how to start the steup
- IM chat with history and time keeping
- email messaging with history kept in the system
- ability to do video chat with time keeping
- online Assesmnet test redirect to a third party assessment test site by filling out a form there.
- Ability to charge credit cards either on a monthly basis or hourly based on time used to IM or video chat (preferably paypal's free payment system)
