I have a website for managing a national club for developing young leaders. We are looking for a developer to do three things:
1) improve the site
2) develop a mobile version of the site
3) develop an iphone and android apps for the club
To get an idea about the current version of the site:

The site has been developed months ago in Joomla. But it is not up to expectation. I addition we want to add many new features. I am not sure if Joomla is the right platform for our site. So the developer is expected to review this. If changing to a new platform (PHP, etc) is essential, then do so.
