PSD TO HTML CONVERSION WITH CMS

We are a Digital Media Agency looking for a reliable and quality long-term partner to code websites designed in house. 1) Starting with 9 page website for hotel. Each page already fully designed in PSD. 2) Website text and images need to be integrated with a basic CMS (Control Management System) so the hotel can update content as required. 3) Site needs to be configured to work in all screen resolutions. 4) Also require a simplified mobile version of the site. 5) Reservations calendar needs to be linked to [login to view URL] reservations page. 6) Requires the contact us form to be fully operational along with the drop down options. 7) Location map needs to be linked in with Google Maps. 8) Local Info page, when sub menu options are clicked (the activities) page should scroll down to that section. 9) All small pics on pages when clicked should open up in the middle of the page. 10) Pop up Gallery also required for Rooms page. 11) Newsletter email subscription at the bottom of the page should work. All above points must be met, design must be converted exactly as the PSD. Payment Terms will be 25% milestone upon satisfactory completion of first page.
