491705 PSD to HTML5 and CSS3

Hello, I'm looking for someone to convert the attached designs in PSD or PNG to HTML5 and CSS3. The HTML needs to be valid as the same for the CSS. The layout need to work the same in these browsers: - Firefox 3 and 4. - IE7 and up (until IE9). - Safari 4 and 5. - Chrome 10 and 11 beta. - Opera 10 and up.
