Redesign of a Wordpress website - repost

I want to redesign an existing Wordpress installation (design and code), install a (or several) payment portal(s) and implement a video recording and hosting service. It's a crowd funding website. I want to get rid of some functionality that comes with the theme and reorder the look a bit.
