I am looking for someone to create a shell website. This will need to be created in NetObjects Fusion 11. I will be adding my own graphics to this template.
The user will be able to securely log in to (with administrator approval) and fill out a complex multipage form (Upwards of 75 questions). After the user has filled out this form, they will hit submit, which will send us the data via email.
An addition I would like to see is the capability of the user to download a pdf file that has been customized for them. They should not see anyone else's custom PDF.
