Sports picture voting site

Looking to incorporate a sports picture voting aspect to an informational site. I want it to mimic [url removed, login to view] in that two random images will be pulled up (with their title) and the viewer selects one of the two pictures as being more favorable. From there stats are compiled for each picture and leader boards will be accessable. (at least the top 100 and lowest 100). I want the stats to compile total votes and % of positive votes.
Unlike [url removed, login to view], I do not need a function where the viewer can submit his/her own pictures. I will load all the pictures myself from time to time, so I will need admin access and instructions of how to load the pictures once the site is built. I'd like to also be able to have at least 3 sub-categories for each picture where as I can sort/post leader boards based on each category.
I have a Mac G4- OS 10.3.6 Panther installed.
