Web Designer Need for WordPress Website Update & Speed

We are looking for a web designer to upgrade and optimize our existing website.
If hired you will have to attach with us on long term basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Web Designers/Developers from the Philippines Preferred
* Should have extensive knowledge of existing WordPress plugins
* Must understand how to optimize a website for on-site SEO
* Must be talented at web design
* Must speak english fluently
* If you are chosen to be interviewed you must be willing to create a mock-up of an improved version of the website and must create a list of improvements to improve UX , website speed, SEO and responsiveness.
This will be a full-time position until the website upgrade is completed. We are willing to pay $30-$40 for a month.
