Website with back office for agiven template on a linux host

Hello, I want to make a website, I've got a template (link attached) , a domain, linux hosting services and emails allready and I will upload the content myself after you will build it. I require the following building, upload and managing system: 1. The website must be fully supported by the back office, with no hidden legal stuff. 3. The Text (even topics and flash on the homepage),links text, Pictures, Logo's (even the one between the pages) and the changing banner text in the home page must be changeable or erasable by me. (I will upload the content later). The builder must keep the original design. 4. Every frame of Picture/Logo must have a backup of the background color, i.e. if I want it to be blank w/o anyone noticing it. 5. All email must be capcha, i.e. you will put a picture of the mail and not a link (fighting spam), a black background color must be available to replace email by a simple button in the backoffice or uploading button for a new email captcha. 6. The website must be clear at chrome, firefox and i.e. browsers. 7. Every box containing a picture/logo must have fixed borders no matter what the size of picture/logo is. 8. I need to control all the inside pages links to one another via the back office. it must be build simple for a new user!!!!!! 9. All text fonts, color and sizes must remain the same accept for the white flash text in the homepage (change color to website blue) and allow me to change its content freely. 10. 3 more pages will need to be added with 3 separated pictures/logos uploading boxes at the left side of the screen with text capability to the right of each picture, the 3 pictures and 3 texts will be allocated, a similar page is the service page. a top topic text line must be added. ,all new pages they must have the homepage background design , i.e. a total of 9-10 pages. 11. every page must have the ability to be brought down for maintenance and upgrade. 12. The logo must be able to accept every .png picture w/o changing the background color. in fact the builder will probably put it up by himself after I will give it. 13. The website must be able to be brought down all together by me. 14. The back office will have a password that I can change every time I want, no backdoor hidden passwords. 15. A click on the logo on each page will direct back to the homepage. 16. The contact us page will direct the customer to the general mailbox. 17. any text place on the web must have a bold font capability at the bacoffice. 18. Support and Warranty
