Wordpress.com Site Transfer While Keeping SEO Rankings Intact!

have a [login to view URL] website which is on first page for 60+ keywords. I need to transfer it to my own website: [login to view URL] (new freshly bought domain). I need this to be done by an expert who has considerable experience in making such transfers WITHOUT GETTING THE SEO RANKINGS AFFECTED and he/she should also be good with wordpress. This is a simple transfer and as I understand it some simple tricks like 301 redirects etc will help but you MUST BE EXPERIENCE in successful transferring sites without getting rankings affected. I do know that rankings will get affected for a short time but if I come back up again soon I will reward you. I will pay 50% after site is fully transfered. And 50% aftera week or so when 80% rankings are back again. Please share your experience, your strategy, time needed, and cost for this job. I will share website URL in PMB.
