Wordpress Theme Design to be Changed

I have a web site, which is [url removed, login to view] that I am wanting the design to be changed some. I am wanting it to look similar to [url removed, login to view] and be able to have some of the same features as far as offer users that submit events to be able to sell tickets to that event. I know there are plugins out there that offer this, just needing it done to handle for users of my web site.
Design concept to be the same, just with some changes to it as far as the background goes.
Simple project, looking to get this done for around my budget that I have for this, $150.
