What I want the mod to do:
A topic can only be posted if a file is attached. (can be turned on or off for different parts of the site) The file has to be uploaded to a "safe" directory on the server, so that it can't be downloaded directly. (modificated Attachment mod [url removed, login to view])
A link to the file that is uploaded will automatically be included in the post. When clicked the link will deduct X points/cash from the user, and the user may download the file.
(The real path to the file on the server needs to be hidden, so that the user can't cheat the system) The number of point have to be set individually for each topic by a mod
The topic will not be visible before an admin/mod has approved it. (Should be able to achieve this with the Freeze_Posts_1.0.2 mod)
When it is approved the poster will receive X cash/points. also needs to be set individually for each topic
post count will only be counted for topics that have a file uploaded and link point system.
