Connecting MS CRM 3.0 to resume database (424804)

We are a Dutch contracting company. We want to upgrade out matching system\process. Our present system works as follows. We get requests for job positions from our customers. We match the requests by hand with resumes we have in folders on our server. We just started with MS CRM 3.0 for tracking contacts, accounts and opportunities. We want to create a database system for the resumes. This system should be connected/imbedded in the MS CRM system. We like if a request for a IT contractor enters the CRM system ASAP match this with the resume database. Call the top 3 matches and check there availability and sent there resume with pricing and availability information to our customers. We are looking for companies\people with proven experience in * Programming MS CRM (preferable 3.0) * Knowledge of resume databases * .NET * MS SQL 2005 ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
