Generate List of All Online Kad (eDonkey) Nodes(repost)

I need a program (either Windows or Linux based) that, when I run it, generates a list, like this: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] of all (or at least 95%) of the online users on the Kad network. You may use any open source software you wish (including eMule) for this project.
