Measurement tool for panel installation

We represent a company that installs faux rock panels on the inside and outside of buildings. We require a web based and desktop application that will imput building measurements, and auto-calculalate the number of panels (fixed size) that are required to estimate the job. This tool will have to allow for door openings, windows, and any other openings that do not need to be covered using the panels, and output the number of each panel that is required for that job. There are only 4 different pieces of panel that are required to complete each job. Panel 23 1/4 " x 47" Corner (outside) 23 1/4" x 13" Trim (used for inside corners) 48" long x 31/2 " high ledger (used for top piece over rock panel) 48" long x 3 1/4" high. Please find an image of the types of panels and measurements attached. it would be nice to also calculate the waste amount that is left after accessing the job. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform win xp, IE 5.0 +
