I need to demonstrate a voice notification application in India. This is quick turn around project - i only have 24 hours to put this together. Upon an event, I want to call a telephone number and play a message. The event and text will be generated by my application. I expect to use a hosted service provider that offers outbound voice notification - you are required to suggest one as part of the bid. Please include any pricing details of your recommended service. What I need: 1. First preference is for an HTTP API that can take the phone number, and the text of the message. I need to send several messages in the demo - so I am not looking for a free service only - happy to pay money or a short subscription. The service should provide text to speech (TTS) 2. I dont need response capture at the moment, although if one is readily available that is fine. 3. I need to do this demo to a telephone number in India, so the service should be able to make a call to an Indian mobile number. (If this is not possible, I have US numbers that are roaming in India too - but that is not preferred) The bid response that has all the requirements met will be accepted. 4. If the API is not a simple HTTP GET API, I could use sample code in Jave or C# that shows how to use the voice notification service that meets the other requirements.
