Portraits of a (fictional) Senator Laforge

need your help in creating an image of a fictional woman who is running for the USA Presidency. Her name is Katherine, Kat for short and she is a Texas Senator. I have included some photographs of other women that would look alittle like the woman we need Kat to resemble. We see Senator Laforge as a beautiful Women who has a medium build, with medium length blonde hair and green eyes. She has an aire of conservatism about her but still has a sexy, appealing allure to her. She is tall, she can wear a pair of jeans and tee shirt and looks fabulous but can also wear a conservative suit and still has sex appeal. I need several drawings, all looking official - one sitting at her desk, with an American Flag and Texas Flag somewhere around her. I need a portrait of her face with a Red white and blue background or a background that includes the american eagle (look at the pictures i have included). I need a drawing of her standing at a podium giving a speech, also with the flags somewhere and the senatorial seal. These pictures will be used for an upcoming book.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I think that this would be easier if you had the backdrop there for the pictures so that it is easier to visualize how your character would look in these situations I mentioned to you.

The three images are:

1. An official Portrait

2. Behind a podium

3. Behind a desk or sitting on a desk

All need to look like they are official pictures or photographs.
