URGENT GRAPHIC DESIGN

RUSH EXTREMELY IMPORTANT DEADLINE JANUARY 4th, 2005 I am in need of a graphic design artist to work with me on a project that is due on January 4th, 2005. My client is a construction company who needs to have a professional proposal completed. I need the following completed. 1. A front page that will incorporate a centralized professional look. I will be having this printed out at a local printer. This design will have to fit into a 3 ring binder. I will need a front cover, back cover, and the spine designed and printed out. 2. A professionally designed template for the subsequent pages within the proposal. This template should be one that we will be able to past the necessary information onto. 3. I will need diagrams depicting workflow processes as well as quality control processes designed to emphasize the professionalism of the client. Each one of these formats will need to be in both a format that is non editable and one that is editable for future use. I do also need to design a website, business cards, new logo, envelopes, and letterhead for the company as well put together. All this of which will be a separate auction. The thing I need to have done is the diagrams and design work. Once we have this completed, I will want to use the same company to complete the logo, business cards, envelopes and letterhead. THIS IS EXTREMELY URGENT AND NEEDS TO BE DONE QUICKLY. Please send examples of all your work, regarding designs you have done in the past for clients. I will be available 24 hours a day to complete this project, to ensure it gets done. Thank you! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I will need the template one that I can place the writing onto.
