Virtual sound devices

*** UPDATED SPECS**** We require a virtaul sound device to act as a sound pipe for windows xp/2000 platform. The device will have following capabilities: 1) Present a WDM/KS device interface to voice applications. 2) Present multiple In/Out port pairs to applications. No. of port pairs should be easily configurable. 3) All port pairs should be multi-client. Multiple applications should be able to open in/out ports simultanously. 4) All input steams on an In port should be mixed by the device. 5) All open Out ports should recieve the mixed Input streams. 6) Interrput frequency, buffer sizes and buffer count for data transfer should be configurable. 7) The applications allowed to open/read/write the device should be configurable. We also require application code for: 1) Record from a sound device to a wav/wma file. 2) Play from a wav/wma file to a sound device. 3) Code can be C++ or C#. We use .NET 2.0, Windows XP/2000 and Visual Studio Express editions. Please let us know if your software runs on any other platforms. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
