Website Graphics Design

I am starting a small company that will conduct its business over the internet through an online shop. What i am looking for is someone who is good at graphics design(preferably in photoshop) that can provide the graphics design for the web store. What i need is the basic general layout, because all the pages will use this layout. You will need to be a good cartoonist, because the logo needs needs to be a goofy looking cartoon hippo(look at [login to view URL], i do not want an exact copy of that, that is just an example of a goofy looking hippo). I will provide more specific details about the layout to the winning bidder. My funds are very limited at the moment, that is why the max bid is set so low, but i plan to give the winning bidder a good sized bonus after my web store is launched and starts making profit. Before i accept any bid, i would also like to chat with the bidder, so please provide an Instant Messaging address(AIM, ICQ, Yahoo, MSN Messenger), i would like to talk with you more in depth about the design, to make sure you are capable of this work. Also, if you have a portfolio or any previous work i can see i would appreciate it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Preferably photoshop
