Help Modifying a ThemeForest Wordpress Template

Hey there,

I have a pretty simple job that I need done right away. As in, after I award the project, you and I will immediately get on Skype and start working on these modifications.

Here is the job:

I bought a wordpress template from [login to view URL] and have installed it on the latest version of WP.

I need to modify this template according to my specs, including modifying certain core aspects of it, for example:

Change #1

I need the entire website to rest on top of a rounded edged base, that is fluid in height (but the width and the edges stay the same), and I need the site to have a fixed width.

Change #2

I need the "Contact Us" nav tab to instead of link to a page, link to a lightbox popup that contains the contact page right there, instead of it taking the user away from the main page.

Change #3

CSS mods, such as, alignments, font changes, adding some titles at SPECIFIC AND EXACT locations and more...

This is WHO I am looking for:

1. You have EXTENSIVE experience coding CSS and PHP.

2. You have EXTENSIVE experience working on and editing Wordpress templates (preferably you've built templates from scratch)

3. You have skype

4. You are fast, professional, and curteous.
