Improve On Current Wordpress Interactive Maps Plugin - repost

Hi Freelancers!

Here is version one of my Wordpress plugin that I had custom-made. [url removed, login to view]

Now, I would like to improve on this plugin and make it even better.

Here are the details:

- Since there are only 5 Regions,I would like the Bubbles to be always showing (instead of only on hover). Similar to [url removed, login to view] I would also like a clickable link inside each bubble.

- The plugin already has its plugin settings to be able to select the right custom post type for the listings on the map markers (Refer to the Existing Plugin Settings screenshot attached below )

- Within the selected post type template, at the bottom, there is an option to select the right region. For the 3rd configuration (refer below), we will be needing to include DISTRICTS also, on top of the region selector actually built in this plugin. The district selector can be a drop down box since there are 28 districts in all. (Refer to the Post Settings screenshot attached below )

- On the second and third step of the process (refer to the 3 configurations below), there should be a BACK BUTTON within the frame of the map itself. Currently, the user has to hit the back button of the browser in order to return to the previous step.

- Comes in 3 different configurations

1) Regions-only version: Regions --> Map Markers [2 step process]

Here is the current REGION ONLY version of the map that is already functional in the existing Version 1 of this plugin:

2) District only version: Districts --> Map Markers [2 step process]

3) Both regions & districts: Regions --> Disticts --> Map Markers [3 step process]

For this 3rd configuration: Isolate the region or district that is clicked on.

This means that from the start showing the whole map, when a region is clicked on, it will zoom in into a region and show all the districts within that region (refer to the attached image; there are 28 districts in total). And finally, when the right district is clicked on, the google maps will appear and essentially, it will be a map with map markers (like step 2 of the process in the original plugin demo at [url removed, login to view] )
