Wordpress Plugin Menu

BID ONLY if you have a finished wordpress plugin project already!!! *** We need a Wordpress plugin menu for our existing script. What we have is a working script which we want to implement into a WP plugin. We need the plugin menu, wp cron set up, and one filter added to post displaying, replacing [xyz] in post texts. We need the following menu structure: screen1: Credentials *********************** input 4 options (all 4 are mandatory) 'save' button screen2: Create Session *************************** 1dropdown list (mandatory to select) 13 input options (3 mandatory) 10 checkboxes 1 dropdown list (cron timing for session) 'create session' button max 10 sessions allowed screen3: Sessions ********************* display sessions spreadsheet, one row = one session. 'active' checkbox with 'update' button, 'edit session' button in each row 'deactivate all' button at the bottom These are the menu screens. Set up WP CRON for each 'session'. Session includes our script, read all session options, run our script, save 3 options. Furthermore, add a simple replace filter to post displaying. Filter should replace every instance of a [xyz] shortcode with a short code we provide.
