I need the encoder to:
1) Support all known codecs and file extensions for VIDEO only

2) I need the encoder set to encode videos at 350k / 320x240 size and delete source file from server once file is encoded.
3) Any further optimizations you can build into the admin to control more "encoder" features going forward.
