Create website preview pages on server - ASAP

Have a .index page setup that shows a table of content for a website layout.[ ][1]It will give links to all elements of a website. The element pages are to be setup within this index. I? have a? winzipped all the invite and follow up email series for use.? I want each as a separate page and linked from the above index page. Each? link? should open in a new window and display full graphics. ## Deliverables Access information and .zip of attachments to load will be supplied upon bid acceptance.
