CSS / HTML Coder Required - Split Image to CSS Wordpress Theme

We require someone that can code a CSS XHTML Wordpress theme from a high resolution PDF image that we have designed. We also require a PDF view that you can turn the pages as if you are reading a book for the Hire Page of our website. Bonuses will be provided for good integration of this (We do not mind if it is a pre made plugin) ## Deliverables ? Wordpress theme created from a High Resolution PDF image that is already designed. ? Roll over buttons from images provided. (We want them to grow in size by about 2% when rolled over) ? Facebook Button on right section on all pages except Contact page where we wish to have contact information. And on Packages page we want to have buttons in that area ? Email Contact script with requested forms on Contact us Page ? "Book Like" pdf view, so users can flip the pages of the PDF book on the Hire page, (Can be pre made script) Professional looking Gallery Page That we can upload images via Wordpress panel (Pre Made Script Fine) The ability to add "Extra" pages to the template isn't required so no menu modification will be needed
