We are an ISP in South Africa making use of both the Internet Solutions (IS) and SAIX (Telkom) backbone and we would like to expand our services to our customers by giving them an interface where they can view/edit their account details on ADSL accounts, ISDN (64 and 128K) and 56K dial-up connections.
If possible, the right person to develop this program for us must be able to help with the radius server setup too.
Ideally PHP and Perl coding with MySQL database running on a Linux system. The backend (radius authentication, etc) needs to be developed first and then the front-end with the different interfaces for Resellers and Users as well as an Admin interface that controls everything. Changing of user details (user interface), adding new services/upgrades (users/resellers), invoicing (admin), etc
