Need PHProxy Modified to include Invite Script

Basically I need someone to modify PHProxy for me and intergrate an inviter script to it. What I need it to do, in PHP; By Default I want it to be on the Facebook site when someone gos to the proxy site. When the user signs in to facebook through the proxy, I want it to momentarily take them to a separtate screen which says "Do you want to tell your friends?" and if they say Yes, it uses their credentials while they're still signed in to Facebook, to log in and send a msg to ALL their friends.(Similar to Facebook's service where they ask you for your AIM login or your Hotmail login so they can invite all your friends on those services.) The user can also respond "No" or "No and don't ask me again". After the user selects yes, it automatically does it, then redirects back to facebook main page, if no, same thing, back to main page. I'm willing to purchase an inviter script, and then you would simply have to intergrate it to PHProxy (as in no additional logging in is required), once they login fb, it redirects to to a page asking to tell friends)
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
