Need Wordpress Edit - DESIGNER/WORDPRESS GENIUS NEEDED!

Hi there. I'm hoping that this is an easy task, but I know with anything - it will take some time to make it perfect. I have a blog at gardner marketing dot com. I'm looking to have the top of the wordpress changed .. I would like the top of the blog to look similar to ryan lee dot com So when someone comes to the site - you will see the FREE DVD box on everypage but it doesn't take up half the page.. it is a nice width at the top.. So I'm looking to keep my links at the very top.. and move the navigation menu around this new "free dvd" box.. But they can be formatted and rearranged to fit the new offer in the middle.. I like my colors.. Looking for a little more excitement.. And everything else remains the same.. 1. Rearrange the top of the blog 2. Add new offer 3. Make it look exciting. 4. Add menu around new offer box. 5. My offer box will have an opt-in box to the right side.. like a free report. 6. Test it and sign off!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
