I have posted this project here before and chose a developer, but chose to work outside of RAC interface which turned out to be a very bad idea. This project will not be handled outside this time so please do not ask. On to the goodies. This project requires a PHP/mysql professional(s) to build a online community for webmasters, developer, programmers and graphic artists. The best way to describe this project is it will be a mixture of Deviant Art ([login to view URL]) CarDomain ([login to view URL] and vbulletin ([login to view URL] will need to integrate with vbulletin). We would like to have this based off of a template engine (either custom or already existing) to allow for very dynamic changes. Some of the features this community will have is: Private Messaging system, Custom profile page, User levels and Access levels, Ratings and comments, Guestbook, Advanced administration of all aspects of the site, vbulletin integration (permissions and login), There is alot more so feel free to bid and ask questions. All CSS and design will be done by me I really need all the coding and backbone stuff done by the developer. Please Note: That this could very well be a on-going job offer as the site grows and expands so please keep in mind that when you are bidding and of course if you are chosen. As to avoid re-work and major re-construction. Will also need to have your own devlopment environment upon starting (I am still working out hosting options) Also I am not a pro programmer my knowledge is very limited. I need a person that can think pro-actively and make suggestions. There will be things I failed to think of or consider. Please ask questions if anything is unclear. i dont want to give away to much of the project until a developer is chosen. But I want you to be able to make a educated bid.

Please all feel free to ask any questions you need to, to get a firm understanding of the project which will then hopefully enable you to make an educated bid based on the work involved. Especially those of you who have not placed a bid as of yet. I will be narrowing my list of possible coders down over the weekend. At that point I will supply a more detailed spec. document for us to discuss. Then choose a coder from there.
Thanks
Nathan

Hello All
I have chosen a coder and that person knows who they are. I want to thank you all for bidding and corresponding with me during the selection phase. I am just awaiting a transfer of funds so I can escrow the bid amount. And rather than respond to each of you separately, I'll communicate the message this way.
Thanks
Nathan
## Platform
This will need to be built using PHP and MySQL. I will consider other options if they are explained well.
