Opencart refer to friend and count back module needed.

We are working to create an private shopping club and we need 2 module for OpenCart. Refer to friend module. Our aim is paying money to referrer when referred orders. 1-Place a link to refer to friend page on the header of page, if customer logged in. 2-Create a page to refer, that able to send referral e-mail to single user, multi user, and imports contact list from various email servers (like, hotmail, gmail, etc...) See: [login to view URL] for importing contact list. 3- Create an individual referral link for all customers. 4- Track all customers order action and if customer is registered as a referred add credit to referrer account. Admin Area 1- Create a settings page 2- Place an edit box to set how much pay to referrer. 3- Place an edit box what is minimum order limit for paying? 4- Place an edit box for set after how many days earned money will be available Notes: If order is canceled earned money of referrer needs to be canceled too. Count back for categories. Our aim is setting a date for all categories, at the end of the date all products and the category needs to be disabled. I mean we will create a time limited deal as a category and put some products inside it. And we will set a future date for the category, when this date occurs all items in the category and the category needs to be disabled. And we need to place count back timer bottom of the categories. Two plugins needs to be installable alone, I mean both two module needs to be written separately. Coder need to install those plugins to our server. Thanks All. Waiting your reply.
