Social Networking Website

I am looking for a web developer/designer that can design and implement a social networking website. I am looking for a web developer/designer that will be working closely with myself to work on this project from planning to implementation. A few of the technologies involved are the following: Site designed in PHP with strong security features User/Member accounts Dynamic functions The project is not a clone of any sites, but there are existing features on other sites that will be included. An in-depth project plan (scope, requirements, schedule, design mock-ups) will be sent to qualified providers. Must have: 4 years experience in PHP, DHTML, XHTML, Flash 4 years experience in consumer facing website design Experience with graphic design 5 examples of consumer sites you have worked on Preferred experience with social networking sites Knowledge of NDA's
