I need an e-commerce website (the ability to accept payments). My website will offer a similar service to the website www.testmyloan.com. I like to front page of the website to be similar to www.getsmart.com. The website needs to have the ability to download ebooks that are for sale. There needs to be a message board where visitors can enter questions to be sent to the back end users and for answered questions to be posted with the ability to search for topics. I want a popup window for additional services offered. The backend features should have the following: Auto responders to merge information and email pertinent information to visitors and backend users. Email auto respond introduction letters and reciepts to visitors. Capture visitor entered information and store on in a database that can be used to create statistics for back end use. It is very important that is website be easy to maintain and update. I am not a programmer so your ability to communicate your ideas and translate my ideas is very important. Your experience and creativity will be needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
