website template only

This project is for a template design only. No cart configuration is needed. We need a template wrapper for a retail website running on CS-CART. We have a very good idea of what we are looking for and will provide plenty of samples and direction. A previous experiance with a cs-cart is a BIG PLUS. Please be sure to include work samples with your PM. Template will require some basic flash on home page as well. Attached file is a general idea of what we will require in terms of color, layout, quality, etc. This is NOT EXACT copy of the website, but rather a direction. Only actual designers or firms should apply, NO BROKERS OR AGENTS please.
